These trailers are either available for presale and can be customized or are completed and available to purchase. Progress photos are frequently added to our Facebook and Instagram pages. If you have a specific layout, we would be happy to work with you to find the perfect RV to renovate.

*If you would like to purchase one of our completed RVs, we require a $2,000 non-refundable deposit in order to hold the RV. The remaining funds must be wired (or Cashier's check) to us within 5 business days of being notified the RV is ready for pick up.
*If you want to pre-purchase an RV before the renovation is started, we require a $2,000 to hold it for you. When the month comes to start the renovation, we require 50% of the purchase price before starting the renovation. The remaining 50% of the total is due within 5 business days of being notified that the RV is complete.
*We do not offer financing and we cannot hold the RV while you seek funding.

This 5th wheel has 4 slides, a huge bunkhousewith a loft, 2 full bathrooms including a tub, washer and dryer hookup, tankless water heater, and has the artic package with extra insulation.
